Rooster Republic was born from the friendship of four friends who became family — bonded over backyard cookouts, shared meals, and a deep love for bold, flavorful salsa. What started as a weekend hobby of experimenting with fresh peppers and local ingredients quickly turned into a shared dream. Fueled by laughter, late nights in the kitchen, and plenty of taste-testing, we decided to turn our passion into something bigger — a business built on friendship, flavor, and the joy of bringing people together through food.
